An Epic Night of Australian Music History

Countdown Live hits the stage this weekend at Club Sapphire for an unforgettable celebration of Australia’s iconic music era. Don’t miss this chance to relive the golden age of Australian rock and pop, hosted by Paul Field with special guests Ciaran Gribbin from INXS and Bronwyn Mulcahy.

The show takes place on Saturday 3rd January with doors opening at 7pm and the show starting at 8pm. Tickets are $42 plus booking fee for reserved seating. This is an 18+ event, so gather your mates for a night of nostalgia and incredible live music.

Tribute to Countdown’s Greatest Hits

Bronwyn Mulcahy will deliver huge tribute performances celebrating the Divinyls, Suzi Quatro, Blondie and the disco era. Ciaran Gribbin brings his experience as former INXS vocalist to honour Michael Hutchence and INXS classics. Special guest Lindsay McDougall joins the lineup, with The Cockroaches also featured.

Expect to hear classics from Skyhooks, AC/DC, ABBA, Mental As Anything, The Radiators and more. The show captures the spirit of Countdown, Australia’s legendary music television series that ran from 1974 to 1987 and introduced a generation to the best of local and international music.
